Default Fix behavior of & in dropdownlist-formfields

The & character is not displayed correctly in dropdownlist-formfields, and
not at all in the document.

When the document is protected
'A & B' displays 'A B' in the list;
'A && B' and 'A &&& B' display 'A & B' in the list;
'A &&&& B' displays 'A && B' in the list.

In addition, whatever you select, the result in the document is always 'A B'.
