Hi How can I change the default formatting style when "inserting a picture in
"word" ?

Default default setup when inserting picture in Word?

In Word 2002 and 2003, click on Tools | Options | Edit |
Insert/paste pictures as: choose your preferred text wrapping
option | OK.
