Default avery label 5630 in Word

The Label Options in Word doesn't include Avery Label 5630, does anyone know
if this can be added or downloaded from Microsoft?

Labels in Word are merely tables with fixed cell dimensions. Select a label
that is close to what you want and modify it. Actually, you can probably
get away with using an 8930 unchanged as it has the same vertical and
horizontal pitch as the 5630 though each label is a little less wide as
there is a gap between. If you want that extra real estate, just increase
the Label width to 2.75" and reduce the Side margins to 0.13"
