Have a user that was trying to shrink a document ot fit a single page. When
going to Help, there was mention about a shrink to fit option under the Print
function. I have seen this with Excel and thought I had this option in Word.
I am not able to locate this option. We are using Word 2003 with SP2.

It's on the toolbar in the Print Preview, not in just Print.

If you go to Print Preview you should see the icon in your toolbar.

Found the icon. Thought the selection was a drop down like in Excel.
