Default How do I create drop down boxes in Word to create an order form?

I'm creating an order form. It has product choices, delivery date choices,
payment choices, imprint choices, and other options that would be perfect for
a drop down or pull down menu. I've worked a lot with Word but not in
creating these options. Any advice would be appreciated. Mauser

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,

Charles's suggestion of a protected form is probably what you are looking
for, but if you want something that does not have to be protected, you might
also look into an AutoTextList field; see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm
