Default How do i lock the cells to keep them from expanding in a table

I made a table for a incident report a work. To keep my cells from expanding,
how would i lock my cells?

Default How do i lock the cells to keep them from expanding in a table

Set the dimensions of the cells to exact values via the TableProperties
dialog.
