create automatic numbering within a table
I need to convert multi-line tab-delineated example sentences into tables, so
that all equivalent items on each line are on top of each other. That I can do. But each multi-line example already comes with an automatic number within parentheses. I simply want that same *automatic* number to reside in the top-leftmost cell of the table, with empty cells beneath it. How do I either transfer or replace that automatic number in(to) my table? Thanks in advance, leandros |
