Default how do i extract a list of terms (jargon) to create a glossary

I have written a large document and i need some thing that will extract out
all the technical jargon into list which i can then turn into a glossary.

2 ways I can think of but not pretty.

1. Create a concordance file, or
2. Create an index of the words you want and mod its look to that of a
glossary you can work with.
