Default MS Word XP Forms Menu - Print Various Forms All At Once

I need suggestions to be able to do the following:

1. Create a desktop menu item to print "various" forms with one key stroke or access one word document that lists the documents to print. Need to print 15 forms at once in a specific order with different formats.

2. These are Word and Adobe forms for tenants to fill out at the time of appling for an apartment.

3. Currently each form is selected and printed out.

4. Eventually would like to "mailmerge" tenant information with each form as it is being printed.

5. Is there a program to do this or can it be done in Word?

I would be setting up a system in Access into which I entered the tennant
data and then used that data to populate the various forms that you need to
prepare.

However, you may find it easier to start with

Please Fill Out This Form

Part 2: Adding Automation to your Word forms.

Part 3: Learn more VBA (macros) to automate your forms.

Part 4: Use custom dialog boxes in your Word forms

Part 5: Connect your AutoForm to a database to save input time and keep
better records!

Hope this helps.
