Default Word loses NewPage section breaks when page margins change - Bad

All instances of Section Break (New Page) are automatically changed to
(Continuous) when you change the left and right margins in Page Layout and
apply it to the Whole Document. As a result all intermediate headers and
footers are lost without warning.

That is not friendly.

Please allow them to be maintained, or at least warn the user.
