Default Word

I have documents that I have opened, edited and saved on my PC using Word
2003. My secretary opens the documents and makes changes using Word 2002.
When I reopen the document on my PC again, the page breaks and spacing of the
document are different than what I had and what printed off her computer.
Does anyone know why?

Probably because you and your secretary have different printers.
See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm and
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/shar...matChange.html .
