Default Word asking for SKU111.cab. Install CD doesn't have it

I just added a new user on my PC. When they try to use Word 2003, Office
starts the installer then says the file SKU111.cab can not be found. I insert
the original disk install disk and SKU111.cab can't be found. I search the
disk and sure enough it's not there. Cancelling out brings up a blank page.
This is on an XP SP2 computer. The user has Admin priv's.

Thanks for any help.

Hi ?B?aG9ibmVy?=,

Try asking this question of the experts in the office.setup or
word.setup.networking newsgroup.
