I'm not certain I understand exactly what you're trying to do. Could you please
provide more information?

1. Version of Word?

2. What do you mean by "art text"? Do you mean WordArt? Something else?

3. Have you applied text wrap formatting to the photo? Are you adding the text
in a text box? Or as WordArt? Or do you mean something else?
