I want to send a word document attached to an email to a selection of people
to review and provide review on. They need to be able to edit the document
and send it back with those edits.
However, for information, legal and security purposed, I do not want them to
be able to view previous edits, or to click on meta data such as link in the
document and drill down to additional information the document links to

Is this possible - I am using Word 2007 on a Vista machine, and using
Outlook 2007 as well

I don't know of any other way except (in a copy of the file) accept all
existing tracked changes and send this new document to your recipients.
