Hi ?B?Tmljdmlj?=,

everytime i send a file to the recycle bin it dissapears ( ithought i was
supposed to be stored in recycle bin until recycle bin was emptied) why is
this happening?

Exactly where are you doing the deleting? What steps are you using? Are the
files you're deleting stored locally, on your hard-drive? Or in a network
location? Or removable media?

When you perform the delete action, do you see a recycle bin graphic on the
screen (gray and green)? Or something else (more reddish)?

In other words, you're being asked whether you want to delete it, not
whether you want to send it to the Recycle Bin. This is probably a Windows
setting.

Have you checked if you have a check mark on the recycle bin when you
do a disk clean up?

Hi ?B?Tmljdmlj?=,

You need to speak to your IT department. The "Recycle bin" feature
doesn't work for all media. It won't work, for example, if the file is
stored on the "A" drive (a diskette) because the Diskette doesn't support
a Recycle bin. Apparently, your network doesn't support this. You need to
ask your IT people whether this is generally the case, or if there's a
problem with your particular configuration.

I'm very sorry you're having this problem, but it is emphatically not a
problem that is caused by or in any way related to Microsoft Word. You need
to post your question in a Windows NG.
