How do i save comments and track changes in a word document?
I am trying to copy all of the comments from a word document into another
excel spreadsheet. Does anyone know how to go about doing this without having to copy each coment seperately? Cheers. |

The following macro will create a separate document, containing all of the
comments that are in the active document when the macro is run: Dim acomment As Comment, Source As Document, Target As Document Set Source = ActiveDocument Set Target = Documents.Add For Each acomment In Source.Comments Target.Range.InsertAfter acomment.Range.Text & vbCr Next acomment -- Hope this helps.
