I have inserted a table in WORD 2003 document. Even though the cells are
setup to (wrap text), it is happening when I type enough to make it wrap.

Did you mean how do you stop it happening?

I don't know what the Wrap text check box in the
TablePropertiesCellOptions dialog is for, but if you want to stop the
text from wrapping, the thing to do is set the row height to an exact value.

I had a typo error. The message should read " it is NOT happening".
Nevertheless. I got what I need by using EXEL.
