Default duplex prints back page upside down

When I try to print a booklet in Word on my HP 7310 it automatically prints
the front and back but the back page is upside down.

Default duplex prints back page upside down

This is a printer setting. When you set it to duplex, you can choose to flip
on the long side or the short side. For booklets you need the short side.
