I'm having trouble finding how to save multiple versions of a document in
Word 2007. Can anyone help with this?

Default How do I save multiple versions of a document in Word 2007?

Versioning is no longer supported in Word 2007. But you can use the
macro found at http://www.gmayor.com/save_numbered_versions.htm.
