Default How do I go to a second page while creating a document of labels

I trying to create a mailing list of various people in Word labels. Once I
complete page one how do I get the program to give me a page 2 with the same
format?

Labels are just tables, so you can add table rows by pressing Tab at the end
of the last label. You can continue to do this until you fill a new page.
This will work provided the labels are set up as a single row. Some label
setups, however, include a narrow separator row between rows of labels. For
that type of setup, you will need to copy the entire page and paste it onto
a new one. To make it easier to see what you're working with, make sure you
have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines in Word 2003 or
earlier; in Word 2007, View Gridlines on the contextual Table Tools | Layout
tab).

That said, however, whenever you are creating more than one page of labels,
you have accumulated enough addresses to make a mail merge worthwhile.
Assuming that the labels are ones that you may wish to reuse, inevitably
there will be ones you want to delete and others you need to add, and you
may want to sort them alphabetically or by ZIP code. Instead of typing new
labels every time you need them, you can type the names and addresses into a
database once and then reuse them not only for labels but also for letters,
envelopes, or an address directory. For more on this, see these articles:
