Default Mail merge Quesation

Hi, we are using MS Office 2003 Word with up to date service packs and
patches.
We need to merge 200 names and addresses stored in a text file into a letter
that'll
probably be mailed in window envelopes. How do we accomplish this task?

Thanks,

Bud

This is a straightforward letter merge. If your data is a text file, then
jump into http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm where it
resembles your file. Then see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
If the signature is the same for each letter, simply add it to the letter.
If you use different signatures according to the data records then see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics.htm
You will probably need
http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envel...ndow_Envelopes also.
If you want to store the letters as individual files - see
http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm
