Index in Microsoft Word
Levels 7, 8, and 9? Sounds like you are describing a table of contents (a
list of document headings, with page numbers) rather than an index? Press Alt+F9 to show the field code (acts as a toggle). What is displayed? If you see something like this: { TOC \o "1-6" \h } just replace the number 6 with the number 9. Press Alt+F9 to hide field codes again. Press F9 to update; be sure to update the whole TOC. If you see something different, please post back. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Zorana Zec" Zorana wrote in message ... Level 7, 8 and 9 are not visible in the Index I've made. Please help me. |
