Why does command for printing of envelope as for Save As? What do I need to
turn off or turn on to get just my envelope to print?????

Outside the Envelopes dialog, press Ctrl+P and see what printer is selected
as the currently active one. Most likely it is Microsoft Office Document
Imaging, a fax driver, or some other that "prints" to a file.
