Border Issues
1. How can I create a page border (top and bottom) such that the line
is at the margins -- 1" from the top and bottom/1" from each side? WHen I do a page border, it limits me to 31pt. 2. How can I create a border around the top and bottom of text? WHenever I try to get a top/bottom border around text I get it all the way around. (If I select paragraph, I get it all the way across the page) |
