Default How do I get rid of the same text that appears everytime I open a.

Hi! Well, everytime I open a new document in word, the same text apprears
from a paper I wrote several months ago. How do I change this so that when I
open a brand new document, I have a blank screen instead of this 1.5 pages of
text? Thank you in advance for your help and feedback!
