Default I like to change the text direction

How do you write your Text in vertical Position .I like to be able to show
the phone # in a vertical Positioin 4
2
8

without to have to use the enter key , is this feasible in Word ?

Hi Jack,

You could put the # in a 1-character wide text box or table cell, or in a paragraph whose margins are only 1 character apart.
