Link text box to paragraph above
I'm writing a newsletter and have some text in a box which I want to stay
attached to the paragraph above it when I add text earlier on the page. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks for your help! |

Make sure the text box is anchored to the text paragraph in question (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/drwgrphcs/anchors.htm). Then right-click the text box border and choose Format Text Box from the context menu. Click the Layout tab. Click Advanced and choose to position the text box relative to the paragraph: At "Vertical," click "Absolute position," and, for "below," choose "Paragraph." Type the desired value in the "Absolute position" box. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Helen" wrote in message ...
