Any TrueType font that you install in the Windows\Fonts folder will be
available in Word.

Obtaining the real Helvetica font will cost you money, as it's a
commercial font (see, for example,
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/helvetica/). However, there are
many clones, some of them fairly good.

Hi,
Since the font Helvetica not an option for MS 2003 then I have to go back MS
Office 2000? Why MS do that ?

Default adding fonts for windows basic 2007 for

Helvetica was _never_ offered as part of Microsoft Office in any release, so
going back to Office 2000 won't do you any good. You might have received a
copy of the font bundled with some other software -- I think it might have
come with some HP laser printers. Unless you can locate that source and
restore it, you're going to have to buy a copy of the font somewhere else.
