I recently installed Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 on my
computer. I have Vista Ultimate for my OS.

Everytime I start MSO the EULA pops up. I didn't have this problem the last
time I installed it. I'm the only account on the computer with Admin
control. I've tried all the other things to fix it. What am I missing?

Help me.

Right-click on the Word or Excel shortcut, choose to run the Office
program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and
then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
