Setting Numbering Values
Word 2007
XP SP3 I have a numbered list 1.1 1.2 1.3 I'd like to start the next paragraph as 2.1 2.2 But when I try to "restart" the numbering all it give is "1.4" a continuation from 1.3. What am I doing wrong. I appreciate you reading this and your help 8^ |

Hi,
I had this issue in Word 2003. I found that 'Automatically Update' checkbox was selected in each of the fonts used in numbering. Clearing the checkboxes resolved the issue.
