Can I get greater than paragraph numbered header level 9. I need 11 for a
document, but it doesn't allow greater than 9, or am I missing something.

e.g I can define up level 9 1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1
but can't get level 10 1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1

Nope, you're limited to nine levels. What the heck kind of horrible document
is this that requires more than nine levels (I'm guessing government)?
