How do I bottom justify in address mail merging?
In the text box, I would like the city, state zip line close to the Dear line:
name company addr1 addr2 city, state zip Not all records will have two line addresses thus shifting up. How do I shift them down? |

You could do the following:
{ IF "{ MERGEFIELD addr2 }" = "" " " "" }{ MERGEFIELD name } etc. If more than one line can be blank, do more, e.g. { IF "{ MERGEFIELD addr1 }" = "" " " "" }{ IF "{ MERGEFIELD addr2 }" = "" " " "" }{ MERGEFIELD name } -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "Alex at Keary" Alex at wrote in message ...
