Default Withholding Properties when sending documents

How do I prevent the information stored in the Proeprties (See Files dropdown
tag) from being sent with the document as part of an email attachment.

You Wendygs

You can't prevent this data being sent with the file.

You can, however, change some of the properties at the File Properties
dialog box. You can also disguise some properties by doing File Save As,
or by creating a new document and inserting the text from the old document
into the new one, and then saving it.

However, if you have Word 2003, do Tools Options Security and tick
"Remove personal information from file properties on save". Save your
document and then re-open it to see what properties are saved and what data
is discarded when you tick that option.

Hope this helps.
