Default Waiver for one parent to allow the other parent for juvenile chil.

We are going to Mexico next month and are taking my daughter's friend (16
years old). We are required to have proof that we didn't abduct her by
having a waiver signed by both parents that give their permission for her to
be with us. Likewise, a waiver form for permission from one parent to allow
the other parent to take the juvenile child with them out of the US.

Ask google, ask a lawyer, ask the parent to write their own. This newsgroup
is for questions about manipulating Word, not about the content of Word
documents. I don't even think you would want MS to provide you with this
type of help.
