Hi all

I would appreciate some assistance. I want to create a number of template documents which will allow me to select text from a number of options. Basically I will be drafting certificates however the wording at the foot of the certificate will only be one set of standard wording chosen from a number of options i.e. want to be able to pick 1 from say 10 variables.

What is the best way to create the option of selecting one from a series of standard text.
