incorrect printing of footer
using windows xp with service pack 2 - canon s400 printer. left margin is
printing incorrectly and footer is printing at the bottom of main text not 1.25 from bottom of page as settings say. |

Your footer margin (not bottom margin) is 1.25 (inches? cm?)?

bottom margin is set to 2.5cm - footer margin is set to 1.25 - footer prints

And you're putting your footer in the footer area (View | Header and

yes. documents that printed correctly using Office 2000 are not printing
