Default .ART files from internet

free I want to copy a ART file as a wallpaper and place it in my files. I
tried saving as a .bit or .jpg but that's not the answer. I can't open it
after saved. What do I need in XP to open such file?

Default .ART files from internet

..ART files are an AOL-special. You should be able to read them with Internet
Explorer and then save them as a more useful format.
