How can I create captions without numbers
Word's automatic caption feature is geared to creating numbered captions.
There is no provision for creating unnumbered captions. Out of curiosity, what would a caption feature do? In Word, it adds something like Figure 1. You then have to add additional caption information yourself. Without numbers, it would just say Figure. How would that be useful? It's not really clear what you want to do. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP http://www.herbtyson.com Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. "Tem" wrote in message ... |

You would have to just type the text in. If you want to format the
text to look like a caption generated by Word, apply the Caption style. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Tem" wrote in message ... |
