Default how can i alphabetize a continuing list on more than one page

I have a large list created on several pages. each page is alphabetized but
I want to do this to the entire list as a whole. How do I do this??

Default how can i alphabetize a continuing list on more than one page

Depending upon how you have the list set up, you can highlight the entire
list and click on Table|Sort.
