Possibly you're referring to the problem described at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm. Alternatively, if there is a header or footer appearing on each page, use View | Header and Footer to access the header/footer and delete the content. -- Suzanne S.
