Default Making Document for Email Merge

ok here is my issue, i am trying to make a document that has couple of
images and some text, certain text will change with different mail merges but
most of the text will remain the same, i want a certain stlye/layout, however
when i send the email different screens give me a different "look" to my
document, the images and text will shift left and right and throw off the
look i am going for. I have tried using tables, text boxes, and just text and
trying to fit my images in... please help, i can email the document in PDF of
what i want it to look like and try to get one of what it is doing. any help
would be awesome!

Default Making Document for Email Merge

Trying to control how something will look on someone else's system is
literally impossible if you attempt to do so by dumping HTML into an email
message:-) But you've actually answered your own question... Don't send the
PDF *here*, send it to your *readers* as an attachment.
