Styles Spontaneously Change and Disappear
I work regularly with document templates that have a number of user-defined
styles as well as table autoformat styles. Usually everything works fine but once in a while (and really at all is TOO often), our styles become corrupted and things coded as one style turn into a different style or lose their formats. We also lose all of our user-defined table autoformat settings in the entire document. A few times this has been triggered by deleting unused styles through the Organizer or through the Styles pane. I have stopped ever deleting styles because of this. Now, it seems to happen randomly, but I'm wondering if you know of any action that may be triggering this or any way to prevent it in the future. Thanks for any tips!!! AGA |
