Default View Page Width doesn't fit on a page in Draft Layout

I just received a resume that is behaving oddly. I cannot figure out
why it is doing what it is doing.

If I view it in Print Layout (AC-P) or Outline (AC-O), then click on
Page Width, the text fuills the window. If I do the same thinbg in
Draft Layout (AC-N), the text on the right edge extend off the screen
about half an inch.

The Page Layout is Letter, Portrait, with typical margins.

What am I missing?
