I am trying to add page numbers in different section of my document, but
everytime I change or add numbers in one section, the numbers change
throughout the document. How can I change or add page numbers in one section
without adding or changing them throughout the paper? Thanks.

You have to insert a section break; then you can set page numbering
options separately for the two sections. See
