Default Hyperlink in Word 2000

Can anyone tell me why a hyperlink in my Word 2000 document will not open?
When the link is clicked on a message pops up that the file can not be
opened. Below is the link:

G'day "Jennifer" ,

Alt + F9 and check the contents of the field code very carefully.
Failing that, try a Maggie: copy and paste everything except the last
pargraph mark in each section to a new document.
