Hi Y'all,

Is there a way to start automatic page numbers from lets say page 11 e.g. I
do not want any page numbers for pages 1 - 10 but I want pages 11 though to
end to start auto numbering from 1.

Does that make sense?

that in order to leave the Section 1 header/footer blank, you *must* unlink
it from the Section 2 header/footer.
