text is minimized
I have a file and when i try to print the text is minimized. When i
copy-paste a page to a new document it print fine but if i copy-paste all pages to a new document (one at a time) it prints again minimized. I have not changed any default options. Any suggestions? |

what do you mean? i do not know this option or how it works

In that case Track Changes is not the issue. So now let's discuss what you
mean by "minimized." Do you mean the text is smaller than expected? Two possibilities: 1. You have your display set to a high Zoom ratio so that the text appears larger than the actual point size. If so, change the Zoom to 100%. 2. The text is formatted as Superscript or Subscript. Select the text and go to Format | Font. Remove checks from either of these boxes. -- Suzanne S. Hi thanks for trying to help me but none of it is the problem. the thing is
that in print preview the document looks fine but it does not print fine. if i copy-paste one page at a new document then it prints perfectly. "Suzanne S.
