Default Suggestions Welcome

Our company would like to create computer training tutorials that show the
mouse moving on the screen and menus and windows opening. These tutorials
would also include voice. What reasonable priced software is available for
this?

You might have a look at Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/). If $299
doesn't meet your goals for "reasonably priced," try TechSmith's SnagIt
($39.95) which also offers limited video capabilities that may be enough for
your purposes.
