I have done this many times recently. I open my Word document, Ctrl + A to
select the whole document, Ctrl + C to copy it all to the clipboard, click
on the web page area indicated for pasting the resume, Ctrl + V to paste it
in. Sometimes I have to do a little tidying up in the resume on the web
site to allow for any extra spaces that got in, etc., but it is pretty
simple.
