Default Removing PDFMaker 6.0 as automatically coming up in the toolbar

I have the Adobe PDFMaker 6.0 automatically a part of my Word Tool bar.
While I do not want to delete the toolbar altogether, I do not want it coming
up on my tool bar menu everytime I open a new document. How can I customize
the tool bar so that it does not appear, but I have access it to it?
